What is Alumina Silica Brick?
Alumina Silica brick is a type of refractory brick made from alumina and silica. It is well known for its high strength and excellent thermal shock resistance, making it an ideal material for lining furnaces and other high-temperature applications. It also has excellent chemical resistance, making it a good choice for use in areas where it might come into contact with corrosive chemicals.
Fireclay refractory bricks are made of clay, which contains a high proportion of alumina and silica. Jucos fireclay bricks are available in various sizes, shapes and grades to meet the requirements of different applications. They are commonly used in furnaces, kilns and incinerators etc.
High alumina brick is a refractory material with an Al2O3 content of more than 48%. High alumina bricks have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good wear resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, and good thermal insulation performance.
Special high alumina brick is a new type of fired brick. Its main component is aluminum, which is formed by high melting point slag and sintered at high temperature. Special high alumina bricks have the advantages of high melting point, high strength and good fire resistance.
Silica brick is a kind of refractory brick made of silica as the main raw material. Silica bricks are widely used in metallurgical industry, non-ferrous metal industry, chemical industry, petroleum industry and other industries. It is an important part of industrial furnaces.
Corundum brick is a high-purity, high-melting point, high-strength refractory brick made of corundum and other materials as the main raw material. It is used as lining in high temperature zone of metallurgical industry, such as non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, etc.
Mullite bricks have good heat resistance, and the sintering temperature is as high as 1450°C, which can resist high temperature and chemical erosion. It can be used in sintering furnace walls, smoke pipes and chimneys of various industrial sintering equipment.

Learn more about the alumina silica bricks
Alumina silica refractory brick is a special kind of refractory brick, which is composed of aluminosilicate, has extremely high fire resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used at extremely high temperatures.
Alumina silica refractory bricks have extremely high refractoriness, corrosion resistance, heat and humidity resistance, long service life, good resistance to temperature changes, and can be used between -400°C and 1600°C.
Aluminum-silica refractory bricks are often used in the inner lining of furnaces, inner linings of refractory pipes, inner and outer linings of refractory boxes, and thermal control applications in some high-temperature environments.
The specifications of aluminum-silica refractory bricks are: length, width and height are 20cm*20cm*3cm, 25cm*25cm*3cm, 30cm*30cm*3cm, 35cm*35cm*3cm, 40cm*40cm*3cm, 45cm*45cm*3cm , 50cm*50cm*3cm, 55cm*55cm*3cm, 60cm*60cm*3cm, 65cm*65cm*3cm, 70cm*70cm*3cm, etc.
The installation of aluminum-silica refractory bricks is relatively simple, and can be installed by heat shrinkable tape, welding, nailing or lapping.
