Product Description
Ceramic fiber is spun into yarn and then woven into ceramic fiber tape. The continuous use temperature is increased to achieve 1000 °C by adding glass fiber or metal wire reinforcement (304 stainless steel wire reinforcement) in accordance with various use temperatures and usage circumstances. Also able to achieve 1260°C is the temperature for short-term use. It possesses good resistance to the corrosion of molten metals like zinc and aluminum as well as that caused by acids and alkalis.
Application
Ceramic fiber tape is often used for insulating purposes in high-temperature equipment such as furnaces, kilns, ovens, and industrial heaters. It helps to minimize heat loss, improve energy efficiency, and maintain consistent operating temperatures.
