Product Description
Ceramic fiber rope, also called aluminum silicate fiber rope, is woven from aluminum silicate fiber yarn reinforced with heat-resistant alloy wire or alkali-free glass yarn. According to the production process, yarn reinforcement material, and the shape of the rope body, it can be divided into products such as aluminum silicate fiber round braided rope, aluminum silicate fiber square braided rope, aluminum silicate fiber twisted rope, etc.
Application
It can be used for sealing and heat insulation of industrial kiln furnace doors, flues, brickwork expansion joints, as well as sealing packing for industrial kiln burners, heat exchangers, high-temperature pipes and valves.
Ceramic fiber rope can be wrapped around pipes, ducts, and other conduits to provide thermal insulation and protect personnel from coming into contact with hot surfaces.
It is used in foundries to create seals for ladles, tundishes, and other equipment used for molten metal transportation. It helps prevent heat loss and maintain the desired temperature of the molten metal.
