Chemical Composition Testing Bench

The chemical composition of the refractory brick should be determined in accordance with the test standards set by the relevant international organizations or national standards. Test methods such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma spectrometry can be used to accurately determine the chemical composition of a refractory brick.

thermal shock stability

Thermal Shock Stability Test is a test that is used to determine the ability of materials to withstand sudden thermal changes. The sample is monitored for any changes in its physical and chemical characteristics. The results of this test can be used to determine the suitability of materials for use in certain applications.

Refractoriness Under Load

Refractoriness under load (RUL) is a measure of the ability of a material to withstand mechanical, thermal, and/or chemical stress. It is determined by subjecting a material to a predetermined load and temperature for a given time period and measuring the residual strength of the material after the test.

Reburning linear change test instrument

Refractory brick reburning line change detection is a process used to identify when a refractory brick production line has been modified. This process is important because it allows manufacturers to detect changes in their production equipment that could impact the quality and consistency of their product.

Bulk Density Test

It refers to the percentage of the volume of the open pores in the refractory product to the total volume of the product. For dense materials, the lower the pores, the better the density. At the same time, low-porosity bricks can also effectively inhibit the penetration of harmful gases during use.

Cold Crushing Strength

Refers to the ability of the product to resist external pressure at room temperature. If the refractory is not strong enough, its ability to withstand external mechanical stress is reduced, which will lead to fractures during use and masonry.
