The aggregate size of spray paint is 0-5mm, and cannot exceed 5mm. If it exceeds 5mm, it will block the spray gun port. The rebound rate of spray paint depends on the reasonable combination of the production process. If the rebound rate exceeds 30%, it means that the process needs to be adjusted. Different parts, different temperatures and corrosion conditions require different quality levels of spray coatings.
03.Use
If it is a blast furnace lining, a certain proportion of andalusite must be added as aggregate because of the high temperature to improve high temperature resistance and later use strength. If it is a large flue of a sintering machine, due to serious corrosion, aggregates and binders with high aluminum content need to be added to adjust the quality, and ordinary FN-130 spray paint cannot be used.
Spray coating is used on pipes, flues, etc. You can use FN-130 spray coating. If the chimney needs acid-resistant spray coating or semi-heavy acid-resistant spray coating, FN-130 spray coating can also be used for hot blast stove lining. . The ascending and unloading pipes must be of higher quality. Because of the high corrosion, ordinary ones cannot be used.

During construction, be sure to stir evenly. If the powder is uneven, it will not be sprayed. If there are too many aggregates, it will affect the construction. Therefore, be sure to stir evenly, not only the construction is fast, but the use effect is also quite good.
