Domestic alumina silicate fiber (alumina silicate fiber blanket, alumina silicate ceramic fiber board, alumina silicate ceramic fiber felt, ceramic fiber module, aluminum silicate ceramic fiber cotton) application technology
(1) The application of alumina silicate fiber in industrial kilns below 1000°C has achieved significant economic benefits and has become a mature application technology. It is a conventional energy-saving measure. Take the metallurgical system as an example: 63% of industrial kilns with temperatures below 1000°C use ceramic fibers in various production links such as refractory, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling and machine repair. Most of the newly built batch furnaces below 1000°C adopt energy-saving full-scale furnaces. Fiber furnace; the traditional layered fiber furnace lining has been replaced by component fiber furnace linings of different structures.
(2) The long-term use degree of high-alumina (55% a12o3) fiber products in flame furnaces is generally lower than 12000°C, and the use degree in oil-fired flame furnaces is even lower; the mass production and successful application of zirconium-containing fiber products has solved the problem of 1200- The materials required for the 1300℃ high-temperature kiln; the use of polycrystalline fiber products and mixed fiber products has low cost, and the fiber lining structure has high strength.
(3) With the expansion of the application scope of alumina silicate fiber, high-strength, wind-resistant hard fiber wall lining is increasingly widely used. Hard products must be produced using a vacuum forming process, and the proportions of binders, aggregates, and additives added to different products during production are different.
(4) Since their advent, polycrystalline mullite fiber (72% al2o3) and polycrystalline alumina fiber (80%, 95% al2o3) have been successfully used in kilns above 1300°C in the metallurgy, petrochemical, and electric porcelain industries. , but due to the limitations of polycrystalline fiber production technology and process, it can only provide scattered polycrystalline fiber laminated strips, and the laminated strips form fiber veneer components with a size of 300mm×300mm×30-50mm. The module density is 100kg/m3, and the fiber laminated strip module is pasted on the refractory brick wall through an adhesive. In addition, high alumina fiber is mixed with polycrystalline alumina fiber (or polycrystalline mullite fiber) in a certain proportion and a vacuum forming process is used to produce hybrid fiber products, which can be used as wall linings of high kilns at temperatures ranging from 1250°C to 1300°C.
(5) Alumina silicate fiber application accessories are the main conditions for promoting the development of alumina silicate fiber application technology. For large kiln fiber wall linings, the traditional layered fiber linings have been replaced by fiber component linings of different structures. This development trend has promoted the development of ceramic fiber application accessories, and some companies specializing in the production of aluminum silicate fibers have emerged. Apply supporting technologies.
(6) Alumina silicate fiber spraying technology and spray furnace lining are new technologies for the application of alumina silicate fiber developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
