Magnesia Chrome Brick
Magnesia chrome brick is made of periclase and chrome ore,fired above 1600°Cthe main crystal phase is periclase and magnesia -chrome spinel.The content of Cr2O3 is 6-34%.The unfired Magnesia-Chrome Br0ick is made of magnesia sands and chrome ore,bonded with chemical agent,throught heating solidification to make the products in different shapes or iron cased products.
1.High refractoriness,usually the refractoriness is above 2000°C.
2.Silicon oxide is above 95%.
3.Good acid erosion resistance.
4.Strong ability to resist basic (alkaline) slag,can not contact with acid refractory material.
5.Good thermal shock resistance performance
Magnesia Chrome Brick Description
Magnesia chrome brick is a refractory product with MgO and Cr2O3 as the main components, and periclase and spinel as the main mineral components. The main raw materials for making magnesia-chrome bricks are sintered magnesia and chromite. It has high refractoriness, high temperature strength, strong resistance to alkaline slag, excellent thermal stability, and certain adaptability to acidic slag.
