The “Disposal Center” incineration system uses a co-directional dry ash rotary kiln incinerator, that is, the direction of material movement in the kiln is the same as the flow of flue gas; solid, semi-solid and liquid waste and combustion air are all discharged from the head of the cylinder Entering, the flue gas and residue generated by combustion are discharged from the tail, and the flue gas is further introduced into the secondary combustion chamber for secondary high-temperature combustion. The design scale of the rotary kiln is 1250kg/h (30t/d), the dimensions of the rotary kiln furnace are Di=3m, L=10m, and the inclination angle is 2%; the interior is made of refractory bricks with a thickness of 230mm. The incineration system is equipped with three sets of solid waste feeding systems and four liquid spray guns; that is, it is equipped with four solid material storage pits, which are mainly used for daily mixing and matching of incineration waste. After mixing, the materials are put in by a bridge crane Feeding chute; equipped with a bucket elevator for feeding and handling special bulk materials such as reactive, strong oxidizing and strong reducing properties; equipped with a conveyor belt elevator for small packaged chemical reagents and air Feeding and processing of well-packaged materials such as bottles; equipped with four waste liquid spray guns, which are used for high calorific value waste liquid, low calorific value waste liquid, high sulfur and chlorine waste liquid and high viscosity waste liquid spray guns. Precisely because the system is equipped with a variety of solid and liquid feeding methods and has strong adaptability, it can operate at a scale of 100~150%. The specific rotary kiln model schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1.
01Refractory brick performance index parameters
The categories of hazardous waste processed by the “Disposal Center” mainly include resin, sludge and organic solvent waste, which are generally highly corrosive, volatile, and alkaline. Therefore, the selection of refractory bricks focuses on the silicon-aluminum series. As a lining refractory material, it can not only meet the needs of daily rotation and wear of materials, but also meet the erosion effects of acid and alkali materials, thereby meeting the needs of the production operation cycle. The “Disposal Center” uses high-alumina bricks, the main components of which are Al2O3 content of about 70%, SiO2 content of about 20%, and the apparent porosity is controlled not to exceed 25%; that is, the basic composition of the refractory bricks selected from 2018 to 2021 smooth.
02Masonry technology
According to the main size and structure of the rotary kiln barrel, the “Disposal Center” is designed to have a main size of 230mm*198mm*103mm*87mm for refractory bricks in order to ensure that the effective volume in the rotary kiln meets the material residence time; according to the length of the rotary kiln, 48 rings are designed. Refractory bricks are used, and expansion joints are reserved every 5 rings or 1 meter.
